As a way of saying thanks to all of our customers, we want to reward you for choosing Jean City. For every £1 you spend, you'll receive 1 Loyalty Point. You can then use these points for your next purchase, or save them for a later date*.
Every Loyalty Point is the equivalent to 10p in value, which can be redeemed against any future purchases. Points are equivalent in value to 10% of the price of any goods purchased (excluding delivery charges).
When you check out, you'll be told how many points you'll receive for that transaction. This will also be verified in your order confirmation email. You can also find out how many points you've accumulated by logging into your account and clicking the "Order Information" tab.
*Terms & Conditions
- 1 Point will be awarded for every £1 spent (excluding delivery charges). 1 point is worth 10p
- Loyalty Points do not have a cash alternative
- Where a transaction has taken place, and the customer has redeemed points during the transaction, customers can still request a refund/return. However, any points debited from the customer's account will then be credited back in this situation - cash will not be credited as an alternative.
- Loyalty points are valid for 2 years. After that time, they will expire.
- Customers can not earn/spend points in store
- Customers will receive loyalty points for all purchases, regardless of whether sales/discounts are involved. However, a customer can not redeem points alongside using a discount/coupon code.
