| Delivery Terms & Conditions:
Jean City uses Royal Mail Tracked to post out all orders. All deliveries are typically delivered between 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. We ship all orders placed before 3:00pm the same day. Please note we do not offer a Saturday delivery unless contacted before the order is placed – additional charges may apply. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please Note, All first orders that are going to a separate delivery address, may take longer to process. We advise that all first orders should go to your Billing or Business address.
If you are away from the delivery address our courier will leave a card, allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or alternatively pick up the order from their depot or sorting office.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE: Jean City reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, causing the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not accept any responsibility for this parcel, i.e. the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost. Next Day Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following postcodes and areas - Most of the Scottish Highlands, remote areas,also including HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 15, 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY Product Delivery Errors
Any delivery errors must be reported within 14 days of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 14 days. If you notify us after these 14 days then we will not be responsible for its location.
